Tree Stuff...amazing people

So about a month ago I ordered a Husqvarna large splitting axe from tree stuff. About 4 days went by with no shipping info, so I contacted them. They told me it was out of stock and the website hadn't updated. They offered a refund, which I took. Fast forward to today. UPS drops off a package from them. I open it and its the splitting axe I had ordered. I called immediately and told them of the situation. They looked in the computer and told me to just keep it and maybe it would be an apology for the mis hap.

Been seriously going back and forth between this and their splitting maul.
